I guarantee that 25% of what they're spending on healthcare is complete waste.
And the reason that they waste that money is because they rely on a benefits broker --- not a fee-based benefits consulting firm to help them finance and secure healthcare for the organization.
If they replaced their broker with a non-commission-based firm like Health Compass Consulting, they'd save about $1,500 per employee and those lattes wouldn't have to be so expensive.
