Boldist & Health Compass: A Multi-Year Benefits Strategy

Problem:

Boldist, the technology-driven marketing firm, was entering their next phase of growth, but a 22% renewal increase threatened their plans. They needed a sustainable solution that supported their human capital strategy. 

Action:

In year one, Health Compass executed their Strategic Health Insurance Creation (SHIC) project which analyzed their population’s risk, identified opportunities for improvement, and resulted in the creation of a custom health plan. 

In year two, Health Compass implemented and integrated technology while actively managing their vendors and claims risk.
